Online Course Agreement V 1.0

Effective date: February 27, 2024 

Notice: Terms of Service for Online Courses

By purchasing any course offered by Jill M Jackson ("Provider"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following terms of service:

1. Services Provided

Provider agrees to grant Client access to the online course(s) purchased through Provider's website or other designated platforms.

2. Course Access

Upon completion of payment, Client will instantly receive login credentials or access instructions via email. Access to the course materials will remain available for the duration specified for each respective course.

3. Course Content

The course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other materials, is the intellectual property of the Provider and is intended for the sole use of Client. Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with any third parties without prior written consent from Provider.

4. Payment

Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for access to the course. Payment is due in full prior to receiving access to the course materials. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Provider.

5. Term and Termination

This agreement shall commence upon the date of payment and shall continue until completion of the course, unless terminated earlier by either party in writing. Provider reserves the right to terminate access to the course in the event of any violation of the terms outlined in this agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of the course materials.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.

By purchasing any course offered by Jill M Jackson, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this notice.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.

By completing the online course payment transaction, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
