“I don’t know if I’ll have the time to commit.”

That’s completely understandable! We know life is busy, which is why the Soul Compass Wayshower Certification Program is designed to offer both structure and flexibility.

You’ll work through one self-paced module per week over nine weeks, allowing you to complete the lessons and exercises around your existing commitments. You’ll also have two live Zoom classes with D. Francis and Jill to deepen your learning and ask questions.

Best of all, your course materials and client manual will remain available for you to revisit whenever you need a refresher or guidance while working with clients.

You don’t have to learn everything at once or have it all figured out. This program is designed to support your growth at a manageable pace, giving you practical tools you can continue returning to long after certification.

“I’ve taken so many other courses before — how is this different?”

Every training you’ve experienced has brought you something valuable, adding to your understanding of yourself, spirituality, and the work you feel called to do. The Soul Compass Wayshower Certification Program builds upon that foundation by bringing the pieces together into a structured methodology, a clear map, and a practical blueprint for guiding others through their own journey of awakening and expansion.

In addition to gathering more knowledge, you’ll learn how to apply what you know within a supportive framework. You’ll have a client manual, practical tools, and a step-by-step structure to help you guide individuals as they explore their shadows, recognize limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom and potential.

Each training you’ve taken contributes another layer of understanding and context to this work. This certification helps you bring those layers together, giving you a clearer understanding of how to hold space for others, recognize where they may be getting stuck, and support them as they navigate their own process of growth and transformation.

This program provides a foundation you can return to as you develop your confidence, refine your approach, and begin building your own practice as a Wayshower.

The goal isn't to tell others how to awaken. It's to give you the tools, structure, and framework to help them discover their own path forward.

“I want to do this, but I’m worried about the cost.”

That’s completely understandable. Investing in yourself and your future is a meaningful decision, and it’s natural to want to know that your investment will be worthwhile.

Consider this: education is an investment in your future earning potential. Like tuition that prepares you for a profession, the Soul Compass Wayshower Certification Program helps you develop the skills and confidence to pursue a meaningful career in the growing wellness industry.

D. Francis and Jill were inspired to create this program because of the visions they received of the many people who will be awakening to a deeper awareness of themselves. They recognized that as more people begin this journey, many will need compassionate, grounded guides to help them navigate their awakening, work through their shadows, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. This program was created to help prepare those who feel called to serve in that role.

Whether your vision is to offer guidance part-time alongside your current work or build a full-time career supporting others on their personal and spiritual journeys, this training can help you begin laying that foundation.

You are investing not only in yourself, but in the possibility of a future aligned with your purpose and a need for the work you feel called to do.

You don't need to have every step figured out today. You simply need to recognize the potential in what you are building and decide whether you are ready to take the next step.

“I’m not sure I’m ready to step onto this path.”

That’s completely understandable. Stepping into your role as a Wayshower can feel like a big decision, especially when you’re beginning to envision yourself guiding others on their personal and spiritual journeys.

The Soul Compass Wayshower Certification Program is designed to help you develop the skills, confidence, and self-trust to step into this work with greater clarity and purpose.

And you’ll become part of a heart-centered community of New Earth Ambassadors and fellow Wayshowers who share your desire to make a meaningful difference in the world. Imagine connecting with like-hearted souls who understand your calling, celebrating one another’s breakthroughs,  and encouraging each other to step boldly into the work you feel called to do. This is a space where you can be seen, supported, and inspired as you grow into your gifts and discover new possibilities for your future.

You don’t have to feel completely ready to begin. You just need to be open to discovering what’s possible. Your next chapter may begin with one courageous yes — and a community ready to walk alongside you.
