Level 1 — Wayshower

The Wayshower illuminates the path, helping individuals reconnect with their own inner wisdom, navigate their Soul’s journey, and discover the next steps in their personal transformation.

This certification teaches you how to facilitate one-on-one sessions using the Soul Compass Methodology, providing a structured framework and practical tools to guide others through their awakening, shadow work, limiting beliefs, and soul-aligned expansion.

Level 2 - Lightkeeper

The Lightkeeper expands the work of the Wayshower from guiding one Soul at a time to holding sacred space for many Souls within a shared transformational experience.

The Lightkeeper creates a safe, supportive, and conscious environment where individuals can explore their own inner wisdom, share in meaningful transformation, and honor the unique journey of every Soul.

Upon completing this certification, you will also be qualified to facilitate circles within the High Vibe Tribe Community, including leading the monthly practice circles, guiding members through shared experiences of spiritual awakening, self-discovery, and soul expansion.

Level 3 - Luminary

The Luminary embodies the wisdom and teachings of Soul Compass™, expanding the work of the Wayshower and Lightkeeper into advanced teaching, transformational experiences, and sacred retreats.

The Luminary is entrusted to hold expansive spaces for deep transformation, inspire others through the embodiment of the work, and illuminate the way for those who are ready to step more fully into their own Soul's wisdom and purpose.

As a Luminary, you will receive all licensed teaching materials for the Soul Compass Methodology, Awakening Intuition, and Soul Alchemy Mastery, along with retreat training worksheets and manuals to support you in facilitating these teachings, leading transformational experiences, and guiding others through this work with confidence and integrity.

 Preparing for Your Luminary Journey

Before the journey begins, set aside intentional time to prepare mentally, spiritually, and physically for this next chapter. Reflect on the teacher and facilitator you are becoming, and prepare yourself to step beyond familiar roles and open to the possibilities of your expanded calling.

Day 1 — Arrival and Arrival into Self

Arrive, settle into the retreat environment, and begin connecting with the land, the group, and the intentions you are bringing into this experience. Create space to  reconnect with the intention behind your Luminary journey.

Allow yourself to slow down, transition away from everyday responsibilities, and become present for the work ahead.

Day 2 — Embodying the Luminary

Explore what it means to embody the Soul Compass™ Luminary role. Clarify your vision as a spiritual teacher and retreat leader, explore the responsibilities of this role, and reconnect with the gifts and wisdom you are ready to share.  

Strengthen the inner foundation from which you will lead classes, workshops, and transformational retreats.

Day 3 — Teaching the Soul Compass™ Methodology

Learn how to bring the Soul Compass™ methodology into your own teaching. Explore the licensed program materials, the structure of classes and workshops, and the art of communicating spiritual concepts in a clear, grounded, and accessible way.

Begin envisioning how this framework can support the people you feel called to serve. how to bring the Soul Compass™ teachings into in-person classes and workshops using licensed curriculum, teaching resources, and an established framework.

Day 4 — The Art of Retreat Leadership

Explore how to design and lead meaningful retreat experiences, from developing a clear intention and choosing a theme to organizing schedules, coordinating logistics, and creating a transformational group environment, supported by practical planning spreadsheets and resources.

Learn to use practical planning tools and facilitation resources that help transform a vision into a well-structured, thoughtfully guided experience.

Day 5 — Creating Transformational Experiences

Develop your understanding of how to structure and lead meaningful in-person experiences, integrate the Soul Compass™ approach, and guide participants with confidence and care. 

Explore pacing, participation, energetic awareness, boundaries, and the balance between preparation and intuitive responsiveness. Practice shaping experiences that invite meaningful reflection, personal responsibility, and lasting growth.

Day 6 — Integration, Renewal, and Your Luminary Vision

Make space to integrate what you have learned, time for personal reflection, reconnect with your own inner compass, and renew your relationship with your calling. Reflect on the possibilities, insights, and shifts that have emerged throughout the journey.

Begin shaping a vision for your next chapter as a teacher, facilitator, and retreat leader, grounded in both spiritual alignment and practical intention.

Day 7 — Departure and the Journey Ahead

Depart with insights, tools, connections, your training resources, licensed materials,  and a clearer vision for bringing your work into the world.

Allow the journey home to be a gentle transition rather than an immediate return to the demands of everyday life.

 Integration and Bringing Your Vision to Life

Once home, allow yourself time to embody the experience before rushing into your next commitments. Revisit your notes, reflect on what has shifted, and identify the insights you want to carry into your life and work.

Begin translating your Luminary vision into practical next steps as you plan your own retreats, classes, workshops, and intensive programs using the Soul Compass™ framework and resources. Give your inspiration room to mature into something meaningful, sustainable, and uniquely yours.
